1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ehub25 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ehub25 website, mobile interface, gaming services, payment facilities, promotional programmes, and all associated features available at ehub25.net.

ehub25 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a government-issued birth certificate accompanied by a current proof of address. Until verification is complete, ehub25 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay at its sole discretion. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent identification documents is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent account closure and law enforcement referral.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active ehub25 account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, IP address, bKash number, Nagad number, payment method, email address, or identity used to register the additional accounts. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated balances may be forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering your ehub25 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. 3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your ehub25 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be resolved. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements. Accounts flagged for investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on ehub25 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). ehub25 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.1 Deposits

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including payment accounts registered to friends, family members, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 45 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket; card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on your card issuer.

Before any withdrawal is processed, ehub25 reserves the right to complete full Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud against ehub25 or other players;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in any multi-player game or tournament;

10.1 Platform Availability

ehub25 endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and all other Bangladesh national holidays. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. ehub25 shall not be liable for any losses, missed bets, or inconvenience caused by platform downtime.

10.2 Third-Party Services

12.2 Severability
